WORKING WITH ALLOYVANTA
Agree the details.
Then make the part.
An inquiry starts the conversation. Your written quotation and order agreement define the work.
Website and inquiries
This site introduces Alloyvanta's custom metal part services. Contact [email protected]. Preparing or sending an inquiry does not place an order or authorize production. Website concept models illustrate shapes and viewing tools; they are not production drawings or examples of completed customer orders.
Quotation and order
Before work begins, agree the contracting parties, price and currency, scope, payment milestones, delivery destination, freight and tax responsibilities, timing and acceptance requirements in writing. The quotation will identify its validity period. We do not take payment through this website.
Design scope and supplied files
You should have permission to share and use the files supplied. Agree the design deliverables, file formats, revision rounds, ownership and permitted use of newly created work in the project scope. Discuss confidentiality and any manufacturing-partner access before supplying restricted information.
Production approval and changes
Use an approved drawing revision to identify the material, dimensions, tolerances, finish and inspection requirements. A change to geometry, material, quantity or delivery scope requires a review of price and timing. Confirm the updated agreement before the changed work proceeds.
Delivery and inspection
Agree how parts will be packed, delivered and checked, including any inspection reports required. Report an issue with the order reference, drawing revision, photographs and measurements so it can be reviewed against the agreed specification.
Cancellations and issue resolution
Cancellation costs, rework, replacement or other remedies depend on the agreed order and the stage of custom work. Confirm these arrangements before authorizing production. Applicable law and dispute arrangements belong in the contract with the identified service provider.
