Quotation and order scope

We quote material and machining together, with design, surface finishing and shipping shown separately where applicable. Quotations are available in USD and EUR. Confirm the part number, drawing revision, quantity, material, finish and inspection requirements before placing an order.

Manufacturing orders start at 100 pieces per part number. Quantities for different parts are counted separately. Design-only projects are quoted separately.

Bank transfer via PingPong

Pay in USD or EUR by bank transfer using the PingPong payment instructions provided with your invoice. New customers pay in full in advance. Returning customers may pay an agreed deposit, with the remaining balance due before shipment.

Your invoice gives the beneficiary and bank details for your order. There is no online checkout on this website.

Response, design and delivery

First response within 12 hours. Our team is available 24/7. Quotation within 24 hours. Design completed within 12–48 hours.

Estimated delivery in 3–7 days after your order, drawings and required upfront payment are all confirmed. New customers pay in full; returning customers may pay the agreed deposit, with the balance paid before shipment.

Expedited service is available; arrangements are confirmed with your quotation.

Shipping and import charges

We welcome international inquiries. Include the delivery country and postal code so we can confirm the route before accepting your order. Smaller shipments normally travel by express courier; air or sea freight for larger shipments and use of your own courier account are agreed individually.

Freight is quoted separately. Our default is DAP to the named delivery address, Incoterms® 2020: we arrange carriage and export clearance; you arrange import clearance, pay import duties and taxes, and unload the goods at destination.

We bear transport risk until the goods reach the named destination ready for unloading, subject to the agreed Incoterms rule. DDP is available only by a separate quotation where we can arrange destination import clearance and account for the duties and taxes. A DAP price does not include those import charges.

The 3–7 day estimate means receipt, not dispatch. We confirm its applicability to your destination, process and order before payment; customs checks and destination delays can affect arrival. Expedited arrangements are quoted individually.

Cancellation and changes

You may cancel your order unconditionally if no payment has been made and production has not started.

For a paid order that has not entered production, we itemize documented design, material and outside-service costs already incurred and refund the unused balance. A deposit is not automatically forfeited. Once production has started, we first confirm whether work can stop, then document completed work, work in progress and non-returnable material costs for written agreement.

Send change or cancellation requests by email with the order reference. A drawing, quantity, material or finish change requires a revised cost and schedule agreement before that change is made.
