Inquiries and drawings

The inquiry form uploads your selected files to private Cloudflare R2 storage and saves the contact details, requirements and file list in Cloudflare D1. Our team receives an email notification containing your submitted details and file names, without file attachments. Staff access the stored files through an authenticated Cloudflare account. We receive the information and files you choose to submit. We use them to assess the request, reply, prepare a quotation and carry out an agreed project.

Only send files you are authorized to share. If a project needs confidential handling or an NDA, contact us before sending restricted drawings. Agree any sharing with manufacturing partners during the project review.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts and secures this website and processes inquiry submissions, private file storage and notification delivery. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies submissions to reduce spam. A salted, short-lived network identifier limits repeated submissions. Inquiry email is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to our Google Gmail mailbox. These providers process connection or message information to deliver their services. Information may be processed outside your country.

Optional analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics measures page visits and general actions such as selecting a concept part or opening an inquiry email. We do not send names, email addresses, drawing files or the text of inquiries to Analytics. Advertising personalization is disabled. No Meta advertising pixel is currently installed.

Your analytics choice is stored in your browser. You can decline optional analytics and still use the website, or change your choice using Analytics settings in the footer. Analytics cookies may be set after you accept. Google and Cloudflare may process technical information such as browser details and IP addresses when their services are used.

Retention and requests

We retain inquiry correspondence and submitted files while assessing and following up the request. Completed project files may be archived locally by our team. Unsubmitted upload sessions expire after 24 hours; incomplete files are periodically removed after expiry. Agreed project, accounting and order records are kept for the operational and legal purposes that apply to them. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or ask about a particular file. If a record must be retained for an ongoing project or legal requirement, we will explain that when responding.

We update this notice when the site's data handling changes. The date above identifies this version.
