Agree what will be inspected
Identify the features that determine whether the part works: a locating bore, a mounting pattern, a sealing face or an assembly clearance. Discuss measurement methods and any report you need during quotation.

Decide the evidence you need
Ask for material traceability, dimensional reports or specific testing if your application needs them. Availability, method, sampling and cost should be confirmed before the order, rather than assumed from the website.
Handle a mismatch with the same reference
Send the order reference, approved drawing revision and a clear description of the issue. Include measurements and photographs of the affected feature. Review the result against the agreed acceptance criteria to decide the next action.

Inspection across production routes
For in-house and partner-coordinated work, we agree the drawing revision, critical dimensions and required inspection records before production. When specialist production is assigned to a partner, we coordinate its requirements and review the agreed records before shipment.
If a part misses the agreed specification
If a part fails the approved specification because of our work, we arrange rework or replacement and cover the agreed corrective-shipment freight. If that cannot reasonably resolve the issue, we agree a refund with you. Please contact us promptly with the order reference, affected quantity, drawing revision, photographs and relevant measurements.
